We use candidate information solely to match qualified professionals with employer opportunities in skilled trades, healthcare, and logistics across Alberta. Employer information is used to understand staffing needs and deliver our services.

We do not sell personal information.

Candidate profiles are only shared with prospective employers for roles you are being considered for. We share information with service providers (such as hosting and communication tools) strictly to operate our business, under appropriate confidentiality terms.

Our website is served over HTTPS. Access to candidate and employer records is restricted to authorized Berih Workforce staff who need it to perform their role. We review our practices regularly and aim to follow industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a staffing business.

We retain candidate and employer information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations in Alberta, Canada. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for future contact. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

Our website uses essential cookies needed for the site to function. We may use basic analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not use these for advertising profiling.
